Call me French, but I am going to now dive into my third course. This is important. Eating a salad with fresh greens, will help “sweep” my dinner and aid in the digestion. Just a small salad, like the small soup appetizer.
A really simple salad is:
Fresh Greens-romaine, green leaf, etc.
Fresh Herbs-parsley, dill, etc.
Fresh Vegetables or Fruits
Nuts or Seeds
Olive Oil, Fresh Lemon and Sea Salt
